What does Verified by Tribes mean?

Verified by Tribes means something has been checked by Tribes rather than simply claimed by a user or project. For Calls, Trades and performance, verification is based on real trading activity and integrity checks. For tokens, it means the Tribes team has reviewed the asset before giving it a Verified badge. Verification is not an endorsement or a guarantee that something will perform well.

What does verified mean for a trading result?

A verified trading result is based on what actually happened.

It is tied to the relevant trading activity and checked for integrity rather than relying on screenshots, manually entered results or self reported claims.

Wins can be verified. Losses can be verified too.

What does a Verified token badge mean?

Some tokens on Tribes can receive a Verified by Tribes badge after being reviewed by the Tribes team.

The purpose is to help people distinguish established or reviewed assets from the huge number of unknown, impersonated or potentially malicious tokens that can exist onchain.

A Verified badge means the token has passed the checks Tribes requires at the time of review. It does not mean the price will go up, that the token is risk free or that Tribes is recommending you buy it.

Does verified mean it is safe?

No.

Verification tells you something about authenticity and the record behind what you are seeing. It does not predict what happens next.

A verified token can lose value. A verified trader can lose a trade. A verified Call can be wrong.

Verified means checked. It does not mean guaranteed.
