Most people already trade socially. They just do it in a group chat, then leave to research, check the market or place the trade somewhere else. The context gets split across apps.

Tribes brings that into one place. The people, the market and the trade all stay connected.

That sounds simple, but doing it well is not. We need to make it easy to trade together without taking control away from the individual, and social without turning private positions, balances or decisions into public content.

That balance is a big part of what we are building.

We are still at the beginning, so our benefits and team culture will grow with the company.

The idea is to build a remote-first team with the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still creating enough real time together to build strong relationships and do great work.

As we grow, we want to bring the team together in person through regular global offsites, ideally twice a year. A chance to work through ideas, spend time together and build the kind of connection that is harder to create over a screen.

We are early, and we want the people who join us now to help shape what working at Tribes becomes.
