HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We use appropriate and reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information we process.

However, no electronic transmission over the Internet, mobile application, blockchain network, or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly solicit data from, market to, or permit accounts for individuals under 18.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from an individual under 18, we may deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete the applicable information from our records, subject to applicable legal requirements.

If you believe we may have collected information from an individual under 18, contact us at privacy@tribes.wtf.

PUBLIC AND BLOCKCHAIN INFORMATION

Certain information associated with your use of Tribes may be publicly accessible.

This may include information you choose to publish through social features and information recorded on public blockchain networks.

Public blockchain records may include wallet addresses, transactions, token transfers, balances, and related blockchain information.

Information recorded on a public blockchain is generally outside the control of House of Tribes Inc. and may not be capable of being modified or deleted by us.

ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions permitted or required by applicable law.

Tribes also provides account-deletion functionality through the Services.

When an account is deleted, we may delete or de-identify personal information associated with that account, except where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required for security and fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, enforcement, protection against illegal activity, or legal claims.

Deleting your Tribes account does not delete information recorded on public blockchain networks or information otherwise outside our control.

You may also submit a privacy or deletion request by contacting privacy@tribes.wtf. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

DO-NOT-TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS

Some browsers, devices, and operating systems provide privacy preference signals or settings.
